Our Privacy Policy provides the framework that governs the behavior of our consultants and employees concerning the safeguarding and disclosure of our clients' and customers' confidential as well as personal information. Our Privacy Policy reflect the lawful requirements of privacy legislation, the "Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act", as well as our own continuing commitment to protecting the information of our customers and candidates. Exclusive Hospitality, as an international recruitment company requires collecting of professional as well as personal information from our candidates, as well as company information from our clients in order to carry out its normal business. By virtue of candidates and clients submitting and otherwise providing company information, personal information, contact information, resumes, references and other professional documents, we will assume their consent for the purpose of representation and disclosure to our clients, customers and candidates. Your “consent” for us to collect, use and disclose your personal or company information for the purposes of carrying out our business may however involve some risk. Notwithstanding the above, we take measures to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of that information. When you become a client or candidate of Exclusive Hospitality we may conduct research and seek some basic and at times extensive information about yourself, your professional background and/or your company. Some of this information may be considered private, but is nonetheless required or assumed necessary for us to carry out basic research, background checks and for verification purposes. Considered private information may come from your documents, your own disclosures, references and third party statements. Likewise company information and other information communicated for the purpose of providing job/position criteria, context of working conditions, job descriptions, and remuneration details as well as advancement considerations are provided from our clients for the purpose of illustrating the basic job profile and framework of benefits. This information may be disclosed and communicated by Exclusive Hospitality for referral purposes. We attempt to ensure that the information that is provided to us is factual, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy and as such it is advised that candidates conduct due diligence with respect to the company they aim to join. Likewise our clients are advised to exercise caution with respect that the information and claims provided by the candidate and his/her referees may be at times embellished and not always 100% accurate. While we will take and submit candidate references, it is the hiring company’s exclusive responsibility to conduct their own verification checks, police checks, drug and medical screening and other aptitude and psychological testing if necessary, in accordance with their company policy an local laws. FOR EXAMPLE, WE COLLECT CONFIDENTIAL AND PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES: To establish full spectrum candidate information for the purpose of advancing candidates’ careers and introduce candidates to appropriate employment opportunities. For example, we will ask for information that allows us to confirm the candidate’s identity. We may request candidates’ resumes and other supporting documents to qualify candidates for a position, and/or to assess candidates’ experience, skills, aptitude and accomplishments. Furthermore we may request candidates’ contact information, family status, current remuneration and other personal information. Please know that it remains the candidate’s privilege not to disclose any of the above mentioned details. In order to understand candidates’ objectives, needs and preferences we will maintain confidential information of a personal nature, including: skills, experiences and capabilities and statements that we receive from candidates so that we can assess a possible fit for potential job opportunities going forward. We may ask for additional information to attempt to assess skills and check the veracity of the information that candidates have provided. We retain contact information that allows us to market our company, to provide updated news letters, to present career opportunities, to solicit referrals or to obtain statistical information that aids our market and industry research as well as helps us to analyze geographic and customer statistics, salary statistics and technological needs — with the purpose of assisting us to anticipate and adapt to future needs for growth.
