Immediately before a recruitment campaign begins, an assessment of job-specific demands enables a position profile to be drafted, search parameters to be set, and recruitment scripts to be drafted.

 

Having established and ideal candidate profile, we are then able to leverage our robust database, conduct profile matching and screening for all potentially suitable candidates that are already within our candidate network.

 

Concurrently, telephone and e-mail campaigns are launched which cover our external global network connections, as well as leveraging extended recruitment capabilities though our innovative Exclusive Candidate Partnering Program (EPP).

 

Select position details may be posted on our  job board and somtimes on linked, proprietary  social network pages.  We do not advertise position on third party internet job-boards; rather we spend our time on pursuing the type of candidates in whom we are interested in.
